Alaska Airlines Expands International Routes from Seattle

Alaska Airlines is making bold moves in global travel, announcing new nonstop flights from Seattle to London, Reykjavik, Rome, and Seoul, with its Tokyo service already underway. This international push follows Alaska’s acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines and includes plans for at least 12 intercontinental routes from its Seattle hub. The airline will use its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners for major routes like London, while Reykjavik will be a seasonal route served by 737 Max 8 aircraft. Alaska is also debuting a fresh livery inspired by the northern lights for its new Dreamliners, reinforcing its brand evolution as it leans deeper into long-haul travel.
Fox One Is (Finally) Joining the Streaming Party

Fox is fashionably late but it’s showing up with NFL Sundays, MLB playoffs, and breaking news in tow. Launching August 21, Fox One will stream the full Fox TV lineup for $19.99/month (free if you still pay for cable…yes, people still do that). Don’t expect exclusive content or big-budget originals Fox says it’s keeping things lean and focused. CEO Lachlan Murdoch made it clear: no streaming wars here, just a solid sidekick for cord-cutters who still want their football, finance, and Fox flair. Consider this your all-access pass to the Foxverse… minus the drama.

Former Zillow exec targets $1.3T
The top companies target big markets. Like Nvidia growing ~200% in 2024 on AI’s $214B tailwind. That’s why the same VCs behind Uber and Venmo also backed Pacaso. Created by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech transforms a $1.3 trillion market. With $110M+ in gross profit to date, Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
